It’s easy to choose or snooze.

You’re watching your favorite TV show or breaking news and suddenly your home phone rings. Now with Universal Caller ID* you don’t even have to reach for the phone to find out who’s calling because the number will be displayed right on your TV screen. It’s another great feature that you could be enjoying as a Comcast Triple Play customer with Comcast Digital Voice® service.

On your Comcast remote:

  • From the Quick Menu, navigate to the ITV icon to launch the TV Guide Main Menu
  • Choose the Interactive TV option to launch the ITV Menu and select the Caller ID option
  • On the Caller ID Setup screen use the On/Off, Snooze and Location options to set preferences

The power to stop unwanted calls.

If you think anonymous home phone calls are a nuisance, we’ll have to agree. That’s why Comcast brings you a feature called Anonymous Call Rejection. If unidentified callers want to get through, they’ll be told to unblock their numbers. Seems perfectly fair to us.

Go to comcast.net:

  • On your SmartZoneTM Communications Center homepage, click on the Voice tab to get to your Voice page
  • In the menu bar, click Call Manager and then click the Visit the Digital Voice Center link at the bottom of the page
  • On the preferences page, click the Call Screening link and check the box next to Screen All Anonymous Calls. You can also activate this feature by dialing *77 from your Comcast Digital Voice® phone
